Distance: Not sure, but we were at Mountain Home Inn when we turned around and returned to the town of MillValley. (6 Miles maybe)
Found some trails and neighborhoods above Mill Valley I hadn't been to before and revisited some of the extensive old trails that abound in Mill Valley and all around Mount Tamalpais. Fun to do it with a kindred spirit friend who also loves walking, rambling, running in the beautiful trees. (Some trees for sure!) Makes me think of getting over there more often, even experimenting with living in Marin - when that money tree in my back yard finally blooms...
