Walk: Forgot
Distance: 0 but home yoga practice



 After decades away from high impact aerobics and other activities, Ciwt has been revisiting that past.  And, re-realizing why some internal body wisdom led her away and into more rhythmic, thoughtful, collected, elongating and Healthy activities like yoga, walking/hiking, swimming, bike riding.  She could just feel all the wear and tear, the body and mental alarm from (egotistically) frantically lurching and pounding from one position to another - as well as the jarring electric shocks in the lower back, hips, shoulders.  Older bodies are not meant to move in dramatically choppy, quick release, off-balance ways. Really.
