Distance: 3 miles, take yoga class, 30 minutes treadmill
Still trying to work through the exercise blahs. For many/most the amount of exercise I get is a lot, but I'm so used to getting it, even a few days off feels not right. Growing up it was tennis, riding my bike, water skiing, snow skiing then city aerobics and running. Walking was a constant. But the 'fun' sports necessarily dwindle as our bodies age and what's tricky and what I'm trying to work out is getting the same amount of exercise/movement and still having fun.
