Distance: 1 mile and teach yoga class
SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) symptoms: difficulty waking, decreased energy, carbohydrate craving, increased sleep, difficulty concentrating, withdrawal and a few more. Usually these set in for ciwt around Thanksgiving and last until around January 6-10. Like clockwork.
Except...this year it feels like it is going to be very, very mild. Not sure why. I believe some things have deeply shifted. Fingers crossed and compassion for those who are affected as we move into the eye/depth/(dim) heart of the season.
